Yes, we have a number of programmable industrial ovens that can test from -40°C to 250°C.
Our advanced IR (Infra Red) BGA rework station allows us to rework all sizes of BGA (Ball Grid Array) chips.
We can design a test rig specific to your product, replicating its functionality. This then allows us to carry out an ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) following the product build. Alternatively, you can free issue your specific test station and our test engineers can take care of all your test requirements. We have PSUs and a range of test equipment onsite.
We have a highly advanced Nordson Dage Jade FP X-Ray system. This system offers high quality, real-time imaging with geometric magnification. Our team can review solder voiding and find faults that cannot be identified by the human eye.
