What size of components can you place?

We can go down to 0201 component sizes.

What files do I need to provide to receive an accurate quotation?
  • PCB Gerber files
  • BOM (.XLS) with Manufacturers Names, Part Numbers, Description and Quantity
  • XYZ data with origin point specified (if possible)
  • Any additional requirements or instructions
Do you accept free issue material kits for PCB Assembly?

Yes, if you already have stock of all parts we can offer full assembly and testing (if required) services using the parts provided. Alternatively, let us take the procurement pain off your hands for any future builds.

Can you fit PTH (Plated Through Hole) components?

We have wave solder, selective soldering and hand assembly stations, allowing us to fit PTH components from low to high volume with high precision.

Can you create custom solder profiles?

Yes, using our solder star data logger we can take real time temperature measurements of each zone in our reflow oven. This allows us to tailor the reflow profile specifically for your PCB.

Can you offer full traceability of assembled PCBs?

We can track customer orders through each stage of our production process. Bare boards will be serialised at incoming inspection. Images are captured during AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and at final assembly stage before shipping.
